Ted, people like you are anarchists ... reactionary and destructive. They want nothing better than to break apart that segment of the public domain that has to do with defense and security. Within your limited POV, the public domain has one purpose and one purpose only ... to play Robin Hood. Who's playing Robin Hood in Iraq? Not I, dude!
