Technical analysis is one big fake. Technical analysts used to be called chartists. They look at the charts and "interpret." The problem is their record is useless. Show them the first half of the chart and any other data about volume, price etc. in the past that they may want and they still can't predict the second half. To know the future we still have to look at the company itself, its competitors, the local situation, world situation etc. Anybody that spouts TA like this fraud is automatically labellable as unscientific, which is woe in the stock market. I would be happy to look at an unbiased study that predicts a rise in the US dollar. TA is religion. Needs faith.
