Sam, thanks for the info on PKX, which I will look at more closely. Related to that, Fuel Cell Energy appeared to me the most likely to succeed, compared to its competitors, but I haven't been following it lately. My doctoral work has concentrated on the regulatory process and the hypothesis that regulation, when applied carefully, without bias, can make an industry or individual firm perform better than it would without the benefit of regulation. Put another way, regulation is a necessary substitute for the imperfections of the so-called free market. I have not done any formal work on this for a few years, but I apply it in my analysis of firms and their relationships with regulatory agencies. Art
