Been working out everyday and trying to get the weight loss thing moving...actually have lost 3 pounds and getting in reasonable shape.

Way to go!

What kind of a work out are you doing?
Pilatis, yoga, aerobic stuff?

This morning I weighed in and have my starting weight
written down.

I'm fasting for today.
Though it seems to be moving rather slowly for such a
quick sounding word.

No coffee. No egg sandwich. No nothing.

Just water.

Perrier. That French bubbly stuff that makes me feel a
little bit full after guzzling it.

Then tomorrow I will begin a sensible low fat diet while
trying to keep the carbs and calories down.

My exercise will consist of walking the wonderdog and
perhaps some push ups and crunches first thing in the
morning.

I should be shedding some weight real soon.
