I don't know if DAR is tolerant and intelligent, so much as easygoing and strongly adverse to conversations that veer toward the unpleasant.
Personally I think I am just too lazy to pick up my mental swiffer and and tilt at opposing dustbunnies.
I was lurking at another thread and read that Republicans are morons and have lower IQs and are selfish. I thought, hmm, I think I am insulted and I wrote what I thought was an intelligent, but of course tolerant, rebuttal. Then I thought, well, I did leave my passport in a taxi, which indicates a certain failing of my razorsharp cognitive abilities, and I did hide the last piece of pecan pie from Dan which isn't a sign of great sacrificial generosity.
And really, who cares.
So I deleted my responses and went and ate the pie. |
