Early in the morning on 26 November on TETs-5 instruments, controlling the work of the sixth power unit, fixed "round" number - 100 million kilowatt-hours. So much electricity block in three months of work manufactured.
Put into service of first September, it made it possible by 20 percent to increase the electrical power of
this largest beyond the Urals thermo-electric power station, its heat output grew by 30 percent.
Since the beginning of the heating season the block "gave out" to city 80 thousand giga-calories of heat. Since the expenditure of fuel for the production of energy unit to TETs-5 considerably below, than at the older stations of Novosibirsk - TETs-2, TETs-3 and TETs-4, this gives Novosibirskenergo the possibility yearly to economize from 68 to 74 thousand tons of standard fuel, to reduce the prime cost of the release of energy. But the main thing, as noted director TETs-5 Vladimir Lymarev, launching new power unit removed the acute problem of the scarcity of energy power, necessary for the development of the industry of city, the building of new dwelling. The first months of the operation of the sixth block showed, that its systems work reliably, although the adjustment and regulation on some knots continues, until now. In particular, regimes in the system of the combustion of coal on the boiler are regulated, which in contrast to other five boilers OF TETS - HEAT AND POWER PLANT is three-stage. Occurs also tuning software of control with the new power unit with the aid of the system ASU TP. On the norm for the setup- operational works on new power unit it is relied by yr, but on TETs-5 they are intended to complete them in six months. |
