JA, the double standard here is glaringly apparent.
And I have been visiting here just for a short time. I like the place, and might even consider buying property here, but I'm not sure how long I'll last.
Liberals insult and castigate at will (well, maybe they occasionally get a "please stop") while conservatives are taken to the woodshed, or even the firing squad, at the drop of a hat.
In my case, a comment "She has a big blind spot") provoked about 5 lengthy remonstrations, lectures, scoldings, etc. My backside still hurts.
Late last night was train wreck here, but mostly liberal inspired, so it brought only mild rebukes, if any.
I am going to guess that the authorities here are not aware of this difference at all (I would say "blind spot," but I daren't"), and believe themselves to be "fair and balanced" as they say.
This post may just about do it for me. Oh well. |
