It's an opinion you are describing as fact. That's simply repeating the personal insult about which you were warned. You haven't included any content this time, either, I note.
Here's my theory. Not offered as fact, but as a theory, or prediction: You want to get kicked off, JLA, so will continue to post in a way destructive to Grainne's idea of having a thread reminiscent of the old days on feelies when there were many heated arguments, but most of them within certain limits of civility, on SI, and on this thread in particular. Because content was the order of the day, more interesting (and provocative) things were posted than snipes.
So my prediction is that you will succeed at last in getting banned, and will be gratified to be able to claim falsely that the banning was because you disagreed with Grainne politically.

P.S. I have not agreed with every banning choice of Grainne's, but have seen no banning based on politics.

I just got a PM from someone who has a clearer memory than I do, apparently, of Feelies' past, and says that the good old days I'm remembering of civil posting on the thread ended some time in 1999. Said some other interesting stuff, too, that I don't remember.
So I'll stick with wishing Grainne good luck with trying for a reasonably civil exchange of thoughts/ideas/feelings, and acknowledgement that I haven't agreed with all her bannings but also haven't seen them at all as based on any poster's disagreeing with her political opinions. |
