Poetry goes a long way at the Feelies thread. You are right, I don't totally understand your poem, although I believe it explores not only the trapper as the trapped, but also the ambivalence the trapper felt.

I am still incredibly happy that you shared it and your feelings. This is the kind of post that can open a discussion that is actually interesting and a learning experience.
