Its all going to matter imo. I think the Toll Bro. CEO comments are a bit cocky considering the run they've had, and the fact that its all financed at near zero rates thanks to Easy Al's money machine. Nobody thinks rates can go up fast because we still think the Fed is in control. If they do go up fast a lot of things will change. I am trading the 30 yr bond short and the pattern looks pretty bearish imo. Hoping to hold my short for several years if things work out. M
