WRONG! Bush allowed the outsourcing of jobs. (Pleasing of his cronies was involved in this regard.) So, Bush is responsible for loss of jobs which would otherwise have been available in America. Yes, though money goes into the pockets of Americans, they are now unable to buy and do more with it as much as they were able before.
