A strong US$ rebound would not surprise me one bit.

Not betting on it, but a rate cut in the UK or or less likely but possible in Europe could easily trigger one.

Would consumers pulling in their horns and miserable christmas sales do it?
Housing collapse? (not sure why that would but perhaps lower sales on everything if it happens)
