I read the executive summary and the first 9 pages. It appears to be well written but the comment about the UN really turns me off. I have ABSOLUTELY NO FAITH that the UN is capable of ANYTHING of any VALUE in the Iraqi problem. I also am disappointed if the Iraqi's were to not show VAST APPRECIATION for the HUGE sums of monies and lives we have spent in THEIR BEHALF. Seems to me, if the Sunni's dont wish to come along and wish to have a civil war and terrorism we maybe ought to withdraw to the Shiite and Kurd territory, build the government there and let them polish off the Sunni's. jdn
