MJ,

My personal observation and experience has shown me that Money Flow is a redundant indicator to William’s %R. I prefer William’s %R over Money flow because it always turns up or down about 3 hours sooner than Money flow thus being a faster reacting and more reliable indicator than is Money Flow. “Less is best” when viewing information in real-time but again this is a personal preference.

The most powerful oscillator in the box is Stochastic followed by MACD, using William’s %R to confirm reversals. Japanese candlesticks and Bollinger Bands are also very important visual overlays that help to establish areas of upper resistance, lower support and confirm possible top and bottom areas.

In the following chart of GTW; MACD is showing me that it is going to make a “power move” up today because MACD is going to make a cross-over today. I expect to see higher than normal volume and a very tall candlestick today. I.e., a break-out is highly possible.

A wise trader would sell into the frenzy today.
