I guess we are not your average household. We have no debt at all. No home mortgage, no car debt, credit cards paid off monthly. We own real estate all free and clear, stocks and preferred stocks yielding about 8 1/2%. So, where does that leave us? I guess if interest rates rise a lot our real estate will go down and to some extent, our preferred stocks will go down, what about the equity stocks? Also, we have a fair amount of CASH which I suppose in an inflationary environment will go down in value. So, whats the answer? jdn
