RE: MS so many problems with outlook express: sometimes the address book would not load; other times messages could not be deleted. could not download service pack 2 on desktop though it worked for laptop. Now I also added Thunder Bird in addition to Fire Fox- it imports all folders and the address book - it even provides a spell checker FREE OF CHARGE; windows 98 used to have checker; than windows XP home edition quietly removed the spell checker (bought T-shirt, baseball cap to support efforts)
