But, if outsourcing of jobs is detrimental to Americans, surely Bush should have acted responsibly in discouraging it or preventing it altogether. That he did not only goes to show he was dumb and irresponsible, and the 50+ million folks that re-elected him are probably just as DUMB as DUMBYA himself!!! LOL
