Some right wingers didn't like Kerry and came out with an excellent smear campaign Thank you for not getting it. Kerry ran by far the worst Presidential campaign in my lifetime- -and that includes McGovern in 1968. He had to be a total idiot to spend 3/4 of his campaign on a war that ended 30 years ago and that neither he nor anyone else could do anything about nor that anyone cared about. And that his own claims were sunject to dispute. The Swiftvets didn't come out of no where- -thay had been after him for the past 30 years in every campaign he had run in. Hw had to be stupid not to expect them this time. A man this dense his no business in the oval office.
