Gulo, I looked at NEOL. Did you notice the Resistance on the 3 year and 5 year MA's? It's got major resistance ... congestion or indigestion here. You may want to continue to watch it to see if it gets its energy back from its Nap and tries to get through those MAs again. The One year chart MAs are moving up but it'll take a bit for the longer ones to follow. I'd look seriously at it again when it Runs hard at or crosses that 3 4 and 5 year MA group ... or crosses them and comes back down close to touch them again. Depends on your style. Here's what I'm looking at. I looked at Trend lines too but they have little meaning today. You can draw the bottom one but the top one is lost. Broken if you will. And the other top trend line is not close to being reached. Wonder about that one when it crosses those MAs. Check the 4 and 5 year chart too.
