I think Karl Rove was quite happy to raise a big hubub about whether Kerry did or didn't or whatever 30 years ago.

Anything but talk about Bush's recent record.

The Republicans are extremely skilled politicians to re-elect Bush with his dubious record. I mean they made the war avoiding, cheerleader, likely drug abuser seem like the real deal compared to someone who had killed and bleed for his country and was highly decorated. Somehow they made Kerry the chump and Bush the king.

But thats what bothers me about the right. The end justifies the means.
