Strat Petroleum Announces Reverse Stock Split 11/30/2004 3:58:00 PM TORONTO, Nov 30, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Strat Petroleum, Ltd. (National Quotation Bureau: SPRU). Strat Petroleum, Ltd. today announced that the Board of Directors and shareholders have made the reverse stock split of one common share for every thirteen (13) common shares, to be effective as of December 10, 2004, due to certain procedural delays. There will be no change in the par value of such shares or the number of authorized shares; fractional shares shall not be issued, but shall be rounded up to the next whole share. Shareholders will be required to exchange their stock certificates for post-split stock certificates and will be furnished transmittal documents.
