Ever notice how CAQCU.OB-Chardan China Acquisition biz.yahoo.com and GWAQ.OB-Great Wall Acquisition Corp biz.yahoo.com and CMAQU-China Mineral Aquisition biz.yahoo.com have regulatory filings that all look so similar? How can these all possibly have such similar wording/order/information? Is there some software for filing regulator requirements that makes all Chinese VC companies annual reports look almost identical? Whats the deal. I can't imagine them all having such similarity without some common connection. Was it software, consulting, SEC requirements or something? Like the SEC provides some software now and people fill in the facts and it spits out identically formated reports. Wonder if there are others like these?
