Jay,

I get a prescription from my family Doctor and then I store it. It lasts 4 years. I intend to accumulate enough for family and store. I just tell him we're going somewhere where people have the flu and he gives me a prescription.

Seasonal Prophylactic
In the winter you can take 1x75mg per day for the season (maybe Oct-April). My Doctor himself was doing this first because his own flu shot was delayed here in the US and second he was going to India.

Occasional Use
If you may to come in contact with someone who has flu take 1/day for 7-10 days before.

Post-exposure protection
Take 2/day after exposure to infected person.

Children's dosage is half. (please check)

You'll need a prescription to buy here:
drugstore.com

tamiflu.com

Please get accurate dosage from Doc.
