jfred, now we enter the realm of semantics. There are many words used to describe the same thing and there is even a word for different words which are used to describe the same thing.
There are also different meanings for one word. And there is probably a word for one word meaning many different things.
Row [a row of beans, a row between husband and wife, row your boat gently down the stream].
Now, if we identify that something looks like beans, and agree to that. Then it doesn't mean a man and woman are fighting over them in a dinghy. Even though Row is a common word to all. And I realize that doesn't quite make sense but you know what I mean.
There are also words which sound the same but are spelled differently and mean different things.
So, maybe your God, or Row, means what I think you mean, but maybe it doesn't. Does your God deliver tvs for Xmas and cure cancer on demand?
Anyway, even if we agree a definition of Logic and rebrand it God, I wouldn't say we need to smite heretics. I missed the logic connecting the two.
