Joe-- Hmmm... Why did they receive only $1 million of the four? A deal, supposedly signed and sealed, is a deal, after all. As for the Nasdaq listing: does the $1+ requirement apply to pink sheets? I hadn't thought so; imagined it was meant only for Small Cap and National Market. Janice
