You are quite the trifling idiot. Why? The money was pilferred, a term I use, rather than "stealing," because it is broader. I really don't care whether he was a criminal as judged by a criminal legal system. You miss the point. Billions of dollars you admit got into his grubby little slimey hands. His people, you admit also, live in squalor. I'm sure you would admit that the people could use the money and that the money was intended for that purpose. Why would he keep this money in accounts rather than using the money for his people? Perhaps he was into day trading? That's a goofy answer for you. Use your half a brain and you will figure out that the money WAS NOT USED for its intended purpose. The Palestinians are kept in squalor so that they can focus on an external enemy, rather than on their leaders' corruption. This keeps the OILogarchs and tyrants in power. Now go stick your head in the toilet and flush. You will be refreshed.
