I think you are correct. I anticipate a test of the 52 week high in the next week or two.

But only the chart looks like QCOM.... I can't see that TZOO will go in 5 or 10 years where QCOM did. But that's okay, it is a good trading stock.

Oil futures down a bit, index futures up a bit.

Dollar was initially down, now back up some, but looking typically weak again. Hang Seng finished up, Nikkei down, European markets are all in the green at the moment.

But economic reports an hour before the open could change things in a hurry.
