Somewhat speculative on my part, but I suddenly have the suspicion
that keeping a close eye on WCOM developments/news/alliances, etc.
just MIGHT give a clue as to unfolding events on the FTEL/DCIC/FNET
front.

P.S. Have been picking up rumors there is something afoot
between WCOM and Excel. Don't know if there is anything to it,
or if there is a possible connection with the FTEL/FNET/DCIC
situation......however, it is an interesting thought.
