Trey; Once the network is installed as Appletalk, then all users will be Apples. I am not sure if you can get cards to allow a Wintel to speak Appletalk?, the arena may be so alien that it would not be interpretable. However composed e-mail may be sendable with a routine on a serial port, so some kind of comm may exist with Wintels? Perhaps another knows for sure what can be done with Wintels and Apples via Appletalk. Bill
