Muqbal Barghouti confirmed Wednesday that he had paid the registration fee for his brother. Barghouti also received a visit Wednesday from his wife, Fadwa, along with Palestinian ministers Kadoura Fares and Jamil Tarifi during which it was decided that the registration fee would be paid.
