US oil stocks above panel's new minimum threshold
yahoo.reuters.com
Excerpts:
"Based on the observed crude oil inventory trends, the NPC concludes that the crude oil (lower operational inventory) should be a range of 260 to 270 million barrels," the advisory panel said.

When measured against the new lower threshold, U.S. oil stocks are plentiful. The nationwide crude oil inventory stood at 293 million barrels for the week ending Nov. 26, the government reported on Wednesday.
