Louie or anyone who has an idea on WHY: I am asking a second question:(2) Why is the prosecution calling Cameron Funkhouser, Senior Vice President, NASD Regulation, Inc. to testify at this trial? Council for the defendants were notified on September 29 that this was the case. Does anyone have any idea WHY this person would testify at this particular trial other than to say something about ‘naked shorting’ being legal in Canada and NOT legal in the United States. Do you think our government would like to make it illegal, in the future, for Americans to do business with brokerages outside of the U.S.? Anyone have any thoughts on this? .
