What about seeing the polar connection between US and Russia. Something tells me US/Russia/Japan/England/Americas/Australia becomes the offset to EU and AU. Where do we put Africa in this giant game of Risk? France aint doing so well. And the post colonial dictators are a disaster. And then there is the middle east with all their oil. Together with iran and israel and turkey, and peace in the area they could offer another point of lite.
