Harold,
The best read I have is the recent purchase of $100k of shares by Garo Armen, AGEN's chairman. Some of the rise is probably due to short-covering. Trial results aren't expected until about May, 2005. I currently don't have a position, but I own February options which I plan to exercise if they stay in the money.
