With no definition or understanding, what do you believe IN?

If you are asking what I, personally, believe in, all I know for sure is that God exists, and that I am not God, nor am I part of God.

From that, I deduce that some things exist which are not God, and therefore, I deduce that they were created by God.

God's nature is incomprehensible. I've mentioned this a number of times, but my comprehension of the nature of God is aided by NASA photos which are put up every day on the web, APOD (Astronomy Picture of the Day), especially pictures of galaxies and nebulae.

The Universe is too vast to comprehend, but if I am correct that the Universe was created, and is not God, then it stands to reason that God is even less comprehensible than the Universe.

I feel a great deal of pleasure in existence, and I take a great deal of pleasure and joy in thanking God. This is one of the things I call prayer. The other thing I call prayer is asking for understanding, enlightenment, for guidance in order to be a better person.

Sometimes I think that I will vanish, disappear when I die, and that would be fine with me.

Other times, I think that I will be reincarnated an almost infinite number of times, and will live every life that ever existed everywhere in the Universe, once each. One lifetime as Hitler, 6 million lifetimes as Jews killed in the Holocaust, 20 million lifetimes as Russians killed in WWII, and so forth. Not to mention bacteria, viruses, etc. I find this concept wearisome. It's probably just mental shorthand for understanding eternity.
