Stock is trading at a little more than $7 on the pink sheets but it is hard to figure its worth; after payment of the debts the remaining funds will be divided between a newco that will apparently build some wireless networks and the existing shareholders of NW who will also get shares of newco. Anyone seen any valuations by analysts.
