Whew. I have no idea. My first thought was stock acquisitions as well. Not sure why that would be different 2000 and prior, though. You'd expect the accounting to be the same. Sorry. Maybe John Shannon could enlighten us. He seems to be able to put pieces together pretty well. ;)
