Unfortunately, cold in California doesn't increase the consumption of natural gas in this country by enough to make a big difference, I think. We need the cold in the midwest and in the northeast to pump up the consumption of NG. Perhaps I'm wrong, because there are a heck of a lot of people living in California these days.
