I think I very accurately described him. Some find him convincing, so he is a good propagandist. "well-documented" - he's very misleading about his documentation.

His denial of the Cambodian genocide was "well-documented" by referring to lying pro-Communist sources. Pretty typical. Like his claim in late 2001 that the US had begun, intentionally, committing genocide against the Afghan people. When one liar quotes another in some obscure report, that's "well-documented".
