The Rove/Neocon campaign to discredit Kofi Annan has two goals:

1) To keep Iraqi puppet Alawi from finding any alternative to selling the Iraqi oilfields to Cheney and friends in a privitization effort.

2) To poison the whole office of the Secretary General of the UN before there is a chance that Clinton may get the position and have a public forum in the heart of New York.
