"What is so derogatory about "HINDUS"?" Not a thing, it's just there were not thousands of gods that informed the framers of the DOI and the Constitution. There was only one, and that was the God of the bible! Therefore your argument about Polytheism was invalid. "You said that the Constitution was "Self evident truth", etc..." You sound like a parrot. I said I was referring to the DOI which uses exactly that language explicitly and ties the concepts of human dignity and rights to a Creator God. I have also said that the Constitution implicitly recognizes the same principals that inform the declaration. What you have failed to do is to demonstrate why; using reason alone and starting with a naturalistic material godless universe, humans have any more dignity than other animals or dirt for that matter. You simply presuppose them.
