this group with a long track record of such things earns money by towing ships into ports, various ports ops & bit of ships maintainance etc. Obviously the theory is china's demand for brazilian resources and there being limited port space/time for chugging this stuff in & out other than constructing new ports which apparently does take some time...

bought in @ a heady £2.5, the vast majority of shares are held closely ie family & directors, both a good & bad thing i know so the free float is rather limited. there is also currency stuff to think abt but i wnt even start on that...
