I have two comments on the ICRC report.

1. The ICRC is a left wing European pacifist organization that believes nations have no right to defend themselves from terrorists. Furthermore, it appears they believe nobody should ever be incarcerated for any crime whatsoever. It's not surprising they would condemn holding terrorists at Gitmo.

2. Some of the terrorists that have already been released from Gitmo are busy bombing hotels, kidnapping, and killing innocents. We should have a permanent lockdown for the remaining prisoners there.
