Tonto: What do you think about a switch to a VAT system? Is it too difficult a move from a consumer driven economy at this time? Do you believe, as I do, that it would access hidden income and assets and add significant revenue? Would it encourage too much saving too fast? The tapping of the vast underground economy and other hidden assets/income would certainly boost revenues, but would it slow the consumer economy too swiftly while people adjust? BTW Thanks for your reply to that asswipe. ;) Yes, I would love to toy with him. Some people live in a fantasy world and would shit if their world ever collided with reality. lol I could see ole Ralph boy with Trouser Chili running down his pant leg. I would love to see him sitting in front of the Ice Man ;)
