Ouch. That is pretty damning testimony. However, having watched many a trial on TV over the years if there's one thing I've learned it's that often times someone who appears ridiculously guilty during the prosecution phase ends up looking very much innocent when the defense has their turn. So, for now, it's simply advantage prosecution.
