"That is their problem," Sure... everyone is responsible for their own investment decisions. "not the problem of the US." Yep --- it's all good for us now, as it finances our twin deficits. It only turns SOUR if they start cutting back on their purchases of Treasuries (forcing yields and interest rates to soar, and bonds and equities to tank), or denominating their central bank holdings in currency baskets that de-emphasize the dollar, or OPEC & Russia act on their threats to do the same for oil pricing. ALL of these potential actions have serious impacts on the US.
