what is the big deal? Reason #1, there are plenty of Chinese searching engine out there as good as Google, if not better.

#2, Google is pretty biased in terms of search Chinese news. It includes every single anti-China rumor, and some of them are totally unfounded, while exclude most of good Chinese media. So personally, I seldom use it for search Chinese sites anyway.
