Oh- I had hoped I said that only some women (a statistically meaningful number, that would account for the depression/suicide variances) are already unhappier, and I did not mean to imply that some people who live happy full lives wouldn't be badly affected. What I was thinking, but obviously did not make clear, was that it would affect almost every woman differently, and that choosing an abortion to begin with, probably sorts women out from the general population in some meaningful (statistically meaningful) ways to begin with.
