I look forward to more info in your analysis. I think that you are right about the discount rate. My bean counter did this analysis and used 12% because he was evaluating a number of companies at the same time and used 12% for all of them. If you go to 16%, the intrinsic value of the stock would go down a lot. I will ask him to figure it later.
