Unfortunately, we are all on the same train with these belligerents. Wasn't it a proud moment when The Potted Plant in Chief told Canadians that he appreciated their hand salute?

I think this says it all:

"Bush turned down an invitation to address Parliament in Ottawa, where he might have faced heckling."
